Urgent Technical Support Issues


Southwestern has setup a dedicated HelpDesk line to help with urgent technical issues faced by Southwestern dealers in the field. You can contact Southwestern HelpDesk at the following number:

Non-Urgent Technical Support Issues


If you have a technical issue which is non-urgent (like submitting a bug or issue ticket) you contact us by sending us an email. The best way to do this is to submit a support ticket using our "Contact Support" widget.
Step 1: Click "Contact Support" link in the sidebar

Step 2: A Contact Support widget will pop up. First check to see if there are any existing articles that may answer your question. If not, please fill in the fields, be very clear and specific, and then click "Send Message".
