HelpDesk is open:
Monday - Friday from of 8am - 5pm central time
What happens if I call after 5pm?
If you call HelpDesk after hours (say, like Sunday afternoon at 2pm) you will be able to leave a voicemail detailing your issue and this voice recording will be emailed to technical support staff who will review your issue and look for a way to resolve it.
What information should I include in a voicemail?
You should be as specific as possible if you are leaving a voicemail. You should give us the following information in the following order, and be as brief as possible:
- Your Name and Dealer #
- Your Phone Number or Email
- Background Info as Required
- If it's about a customer order, include the customer's remittance number, and the customer' first and last name
- If it's about a technical issue with SWdealers.com, tell us what computer you are using (Mac or Windows) and what browser you are using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Opera)
- If it's about a technical issue with a mobile application, tell us what device you are using (iPad, Android Tablet, iPhone, Android Phone, Windows Phone) and give us your version number (in most devices, this can be found by going to "settings" and "about")
- Describe your Issue - be specific, and give as many details as you can
Our technical support staff will try and resolve your issue as quickly as we can!
- Take screenshots if there are any visual errors - this is extremely helpful. While you cannot submit these through a voicemail, if an IT support person contacts you afterwards for more details, you have a record
- If its relevant and you're calling after the issue occurred, give us the approximate time the issue/event occurred
