No - the RoamData swiper is a piece of hardware that looks like this:


The SWswipe mobile application is an app you can download for iOS or Android which allows you to use the Swiper (above) to process credit card transactions on your phone. Here are a few screenshots from Android (it is also available for iOS)!!
