How to Set a Reminder that a Customer has an Alert?
Search for the customer. Once you have identified the customer select the looking glass icon to the right of the customer.
Select the Alert icon at the top left under the customers name in the header. It is recommended that you add a note to the customer to indicate why they have an alert set.
When the alert icon is selected, the customer will turn yellow in the record of sale grid indicating the the customer requires attention.
To turn the alert off, select the alert icon again.
